There is a magic to be found in the shadows — allowing time for pause and stimulating an appreciation for the ‘Little Things’ — and if found, this magic can calm the mind, the body and the soul. The act of painting these moments of pause also become a form of meditation where the soul delights in this prolonged sense of time.
